If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, USA, and the language shall be English. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

EU Consumer Note: This arbitration clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence for disputes relating to consumer protection. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Severability
