Due to shipping carrier limitations, we are unable to deliver to certain remote areas, small island nations, and territories with limited postal infrastructure. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and process a full refund. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about delivery availability to your area.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are INCLUDED in your order total and prepaid by us. You will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may take 3-5 days to update as the package moves through international transit. During this period, it is normal to see no tracking updates.
If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us. We will either resend your order or provide a full refund. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
