Overview
These Promotion Terms & Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and special deals offered by MandalaTashi Inc. By using any promotional code or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
Discount Codes
Discount codes (also known as promo codes or coupon codes) provide savings on eligible purchases. The following rules apply:
- Only one discount code can be applied per order
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated
- Each code has a specific validity period and will expire after the stated date
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed
- Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided
Free Shipping Promotions
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. The following conditions apply:
- Free shipping applies to orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold (currently $69 USD)
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping method only
- The order total is calculated after all discounts are applied
- Express or expedited shipping options are not included in free shipping promotions
Sale & Clearance Items
Special pricing applies to items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance". Please note the following restrictions:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged
- Additional discounts or codes typically cannot be applied to sale items
- Sale items are available while supplies last and cannot be restocked
Newsletter & Email Offers
Subscribers to our newsletter may receive exclusive offers and early access to promotions. Terms include:
- Newsletter offers are exclusive to subscribed email addresses and are non-transferable
- You may unsubscribe at any time; however, unused offers will be forfeited
- Your email information is protected under our Privacy Policy
Bundle Deals
Bundle promotions offer savings when purchasing multiple items together. The following applies:
- Bundle pricing is only valid when all items in the bundle are purchased together
- Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately; the entire bundle must be returned
- Bundle offers are subject to product availability
Seasonal & Holiday Promotions
During holidays and special events, we may offer limited-time promotions. Please note:
- Seasonal promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period
- Promotion start and end times are based on Pacific Time (PT)
- Some promotions may have quantity limits per customer
General Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice
- We may cancel orders or revoke discount codes that appear to be obtained through fraud or abuse
- Excessive use of promotions or suspected abuse may result in account suspension
- We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors in promotions; such orders may be cancelled
- All promotional offers are at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time
Refunds on Promotional Orders
If you return items purchased with a promotional discount, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the original price. If the return causes your order to fall below a promotion threshold (such as free shipping), the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Example:
If you used a 20% off code and paid $80 for a $100 item, your refund will be $80, not $100.
